Twenty days...
In twenty days I turn 66.
That's longer than I thought I'd have...
what with the heart attack and the cancer and all.
I've already outlived both my natural grandfathers...
one died at 60. The other passed at 49...
though both my parents lived to reach 76.
I'd like to reach 76...
At 76, most all the grandkids will have
grown to adulthood and I can go easy.
From now on, each day is a gift.
