Finally ...
We finished potting all the annuals!
Only took us 4 weeks.
I blame it all on fatigue and hot weather.

Another heat wave starts tomorrow ...
three more days of being house-bound.
Thank God for central air.

PS:
Was once a soldier. . . served twice, over a stretch of 28 years.
First, in the Regular Army, then on AGR status with the CTARNG. I was medically retired from the service in 1994. Since then, I've become a grandfather (to 8). . . and am trying to, again, be a drummer. . . hence, the picture at the top of this blog.
